RETURNS + EXCHANGES

I do not accept returns nor issue refunds. Think carefully about your purchase before buying. Rings are custom made to fit your finger, make sure you send me the right size. If you need help with sizing, let me know and I will help you. I take detailed photos and provide accurate descriptions for your consideration. If you have further questions, don't hesitate to ask.

Should you have any concerns once you receive your order, please contact me immediately and I will work with you to form a resolution.

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason please contact me within 5 working days of receiving your package. I will do my best to resolve the problem quickly.

I will only use your shipping and billing address, and contact information too communicate with you about your order, to fulfill your order or for legal reasons (like paying taxes)

 

SHIPPING

Domestic orders are shipped via USPS First Class mail, with tracking provided, or USPS Priority. Upgraded shipping options are available. Please contact me via email BEFORE placing your order.

I do ship world wide via USPS Standard international shipping. This comes with tracking. Shipping may take up to 4 weeks. If you'd like to upgrade your shipping, please contact me BEFORE placing your order.
